Achieving a renovation that is functional and beautiful requires a range of skills that not every builder has, no matter how good a builder they are.
Even if we allow for the fact that beauty is very personal, how often do you see a home that is beautifully built, but not beautiful? Sure there are some that are both, but to us, the answer is “more often than not”.
That isn’t to criticise the fellow members of our trade, but most builders are builders, not architects or stylists and if you have already done a renovation or two you may already have learnt this. Nor do you need to give an architect $50,000 to $150,000 of your money to get a timeless, aesthetically pleasing result.
The solution I offer is very flexible, has your choices at its centre, but uses the unique set of personal skills that I have developed over 27 years as a master builder. For a start, I love design as much as I love building and have won a number of design awards both for new homes and renovations.
